Does anyone know of any wedding planning sites that offer in-depth checklists? I remember all of the big stuff (flowers, cake, photographers) but what about all the little costs here and there?? (send-off favors, place cards, tax, gratuity) if anyone has an answer, i'd appreciate it!! <3

Try http://www.theknot.com - I use the Australian version of the site and love it!

There's also a budget tool and a guest list tool.
The knot was my recommendation too! It's pretty comprehensive, but I also recommend OffBeatBride too, if you are even slightly quirky.

And trust me, if there's a chance in heck that you'll be dealing with service-people, both taxes AND gratuity will probably be expected.
I personally like weddingwire.com better than theknot.com
I'm using wedding wire. I love it!!
